BrightSpark Recruitment is an award-winning recruitment agency covering Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. BrightSpark challenged us to evolve their brand identity to better reflect the agency’s bold, energetic personality – without losing any hard-earned brand recognition.

SOLUTION

We evolved their simple star icon and gave it meaning by adding the arrow, representing the perfect candidate fitting into their ideal position. We gave BrightSpark a unique and funky typographic style with a bold, energetic colour palette.
